The Lifecycle
We have to Product Backlog which as we discussed is the list of requirements. The Sprint planning is a meeting where the team decides which of the prioritized requirements they can pick up to work in the upcoming Sprint. More about this meeting in a later article.
NOW! The output of the Sprint Planning is the Sprint Backlog. It contains the list of requirements that the team has committed to delivering at the end of the sprint. During the course of the Sprint, there is a daily SCRUM meeting a.k.a Stand-ups where the team discusses the progress of the committed work. At the end of the Sprint, the team demonstrates their Sprint work to a larger set of Stakeholders.
Once approved by the Product Owner the Sprint work is patched as a product update. NOW! This cycle repeats āevery Sprintā.
